Do you believe in ghosts? I know I do. But I am an adult and have had experiences. I wonder if books about ghosts when someone is younger, would make them scared or inviting of ghosts. The books for the younger crowd always seem to make a joke out of ghosts and make them into a funny thing instead of what they really are.
Adam seems to be such a normal boy. His family and him moved into what seemed like the perfect house. That was until he met the oldest inhabitant of the house. A very bossy ghost who was around his age when he died. The ghost doesn't want to share his house with Adam or his family and tries to convince him to move out. Adam has to figure out how to get the ghost out of his life and out of the house forever.
I really love how this book was written. I love it and so did my 12 year old daughter. It was well written and flows well. Well enough for my adult mind and her pre teen mind. I have to say that I enjoyed the fact that the ghost was a bit scary but not scar enough to frighten any younger reader. It's a nice story, the author did well.
